Tailored 1-on-1 tutoring and engaging classes that build confidence and future-ready skills.

My name is Dr. Ivan Vinogradov (PhD). I’ve worked as a biology researcher and lecturer at the Australian National University and as an ecologist researcher at the ACT Government, helping protect the environment in our beautiful Canberra. Most importantly, I am truly passionate about education. I have taught students from Year 1 all the way to university graduates, written educational programs and popular science articles. I now fully dedicate myself to iV Learning to help young poeple in Canberra learn life-lasting skills in safe, productive, and enjoyable environment.

I’m originally from Perth and moved to Canberra to study International Security and Economics at the Australian National University. When I’m not catching up on readings, you can find me cycling around Lake Burley Griffin, or wrapped up in a blanket enjoying a hot chocolate and a book. Fun Fact: In 2017, I ranked in the global top 17 leaderboard for Minecraft Bedwars! (If you’re unsure about what that is – ask your child!) I’m looking forward to meeting you and sharing my love for learning. See you soon!

Coming from Hong Kong to Australia, I’ve graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, and am completing a Bachelor of Business Administration as well. I’ve been around Australia as an independent art vendor, where I’ve had wonderful opportunities to further my art career. I also founded the Artist Initiative at ANU, where I ran workshops teaching people about the wonders of art! So I’m excited about passing on my passion and experience with digital art to all the wonderful students here at iV Learning!

I first arrived in Canberra in 2019 from a small town in Malaysia (Batu Gajah). Since then, I graduated with First Class Honours at the Australian National University where I speciliased in ecology and evolution. I currently hold part-time positions at the Canberra Environment Centre and the Office of Nature Conservation, and is contracted by the Australian Biological Resources Study to contribute to the Australian Fauna Directory. My work also includes tutoring high school students, caring for New Holland Mice as part of a research project, and teaching at the Australian National University. In my spare time, I enjoy playing futsal, netball, badminton, board games and loads more!

My name is Lucy White. I am from Melbourne, Australia, and I am currently in Canberra completing my final year of a dual-degree program with the Australian National University and Ritsumeikan University, located in Osaka, Japan. I have recently finished my two-year exchange to Japan, and absolutely loved spending my time there learning the language, eating delicious food, teaching English, and developing my appreciation of Japanese history and culture. My focus of study is on Asia and Pacific politics, gender studies, and international relations. In Canberra, I spend most of my time studying, language-learning, singing, or playing volleyball.
